Product Updates

This month’s updates include smarter Tasks, handouts, and new options for Support users.

More Flexibility with Tasks

From follow-up bookings to medication handouts, Tasks helps your team keep next steps easy to see. 

With the latest update, you can now:

• Choose which types of tasks CoVet captures from your recordings
• Filter tasks within a case using Quick Filters
• Edit or delete tasks to keep lists accurate
• Track open tasks across all cases in one place

More Options for Support Users

On unassigned cases, Support users can now generate two new documents:

• History & Vitals

• Emergency Triage 

Remember that Support users can also: 

• Generate recordings on unassigned cases
• Once the case is assigned to a Vet, they can:
  • Generate the Vet’s default template
  • Generate the Vet’s favorites

Support users are central to how practices run. These updates give them more ways to keep the day moving without the wait.

Pet-Specific Handouts

In appointments involving multiple patients, each pet now gets its own handout, clearly labeled by name. 

It makes sharing information with clients simpler and more confident.
